I am very happy with this terrain kit. I really like that it is somewhat modular and so has a variable footprint on the board as compared to an intact building. It's also nice that it can be built a few different ways allowing you to make use of multiple kits if you so desire. The pieces are sturdy and well made with a solid amount of detail. They were a little fiddly to stick together as they lack smooth surfaces--I especially recommend filing the sides of the triangular 'rubble' pieces to get a good bond with the walls. The corner supports were also all a bit 'too tall' which is a nice touch as they're easy to trim down if you like.
My only minor quibble would be the bullet holes on some of the pieces--this is fine for Bolt Action but if you wanted this to be a generic fantasy kit you'll probably want to fill those in--no big deal in the long run. Looks great, sturdy and well made, absolutely recommend this kit for anyone's historical or fantasy collection.
