We want every customer to feel valued, here’s a guide to the most common reasons people request a refund or exchange: 
  • Missing or damaged parts - call us or email the details of the problem with photos if you can. In most cases we won’t ask you to return anything, we’ll just send out what you need.
  • I bought the wrong product - get in touch and we’ll work with you to figure out the problem and suggest alternatives.
  • I’ve changed my mind - contact us and let us know your reasons to help us understand how we can improve our product descriptions and customer service. We can arrange an exchange, as outlined below.

Please use the original packaging if possible, if not ensure they are securely packaged. If you are shipping a high value item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Once we have received your return we’ll refund you using your original payment method, though you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs. Alternatively, if you’d prefer a credit for your order on your account we may be able to contribute towards the return costs. If in doubt, get in touch!
