Supreme military robots, created for a conflict that ended centuries ago, the ABC Warriors are built to endure warfare in all its deadly forms – atomic, bacterial and chemical.
ABC Warriors – The Miniatures Game is a skirmish tabletop miniatures battle game for two or more players based on the 2000 AD series The Volgan War written by Pat Mills and illustrated by Clint Langley.
This launch collection arms you with one of each of the initial releases for the game. The Increase the Peace starter set contains scenery, tokens, Tarot cards, character & auxiliary cards and all the rules you need to play, including rules for combat missions, an immersive campaign system and profile lists to create your forces as you take control of the ABC Warriors or their Volgan counterparts. Most importantly it kicks off the collection high quality miniatures of impressive idiosyncratic (and big and smashy!) robots for which you to do tabletop battle – Sergeant Hammerstein and his Hammerstein Mk Is representing the ABC Warriors, and Volkhan and his Volgan Ak47s opposing them.
Supplement your new forces with ABC robo-paratroopers including the massive Mongrol, and for the Volans, the treacherous Blackblood and his Volgan allies, Ghengiz & Raz-Putin.
You’ll also receive a pair of Volgan Yaks, powerful Volgan war droids with flight capability – free, as well as the Increase the Peace special miniature, Howard Quartz ‘Mr Ten per cent’.
